The final version of the California Department of Health Services Electric and Magnetic Field Risk Evaluation was formally transmitted to the California Public Utilities Commission this week along with an 11 page"policy options" document. The "bottom line" of the 300 page Risk Evaluation is: "To one degree or another, all three of the DHS scientists are inclined to believe that EMFs can cause some degree of increased risk of childhood leukemia, adult brain cancer, Lou Gehrigs Disease and miscarriage."
